The role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic objectives of our client's technology projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders.
- Track project performance to ensure goals are met.
- Manage project budgets and adjust constraints as needed.
- Utilize project management tools for monitoring and reporting.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Key experience:
- Project coordination experience, preferably in technology projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and project management software.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Desirable experience:
- Experience in insurance or government agencies.
- Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
