Project Coordinator

  • Initial 6 months with a chance to extend
  • Flexibility: Hybrid (2-3 days work from home)
  • $85- $90k p.a including super

The role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic objectives of our client's technology projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders.
  • Track project performance to ensure goals are met.
  • Manage project budgets and adjust constraints as needed.
  • Utilize project management tools for monitoring and reporting.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Key experience:

  • Project coordination experience, preferably in technology projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and project management software.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Desirable experience:

  • Experience in insurance or government agencies.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
