ITSM Process Coordinator/ ServiceNow Analyst

Our client is looking for an ITSM Process Coordinator/ServiceNow Analyst who can support the ITSM Process Manager in managing IT Change, Configuration, Event, and Release Management processes. This role involves enhancing the service management toolset and ensuring its effective utilization across Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist ITSM Process Manager in strategic and operational management of ITIL-based processes.
  • Develop and implement enhancements to the ServiceNow platform to optimize service management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.

Required Skills, Knowledge, or Experience:

  • Practical experience in IT Service Management (ITIL framework), with proficiency in Change, Configuration, Event, and Release Management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient technical solutions.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in operational project-based work, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Eagerness and capability to acquire new knowledge and skills related to ServiceNow development and solutions.
