The Role

An experienced IT Project / Program coordinator to work across multiple projects on a large Program

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
  • Ensure implementation of policies and practices
  • Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
  • project/program coordinator to support various streams.
  • communication and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Forecasting - updating forecasts; helping template and standardise across projects where this makes sense (Forecasts are in excel)
  • Project report updates - taking information from PMs and updating reporting tools, including weekly/monthly summary reports, updates to risks and issues, tasks and activities.
  • Assisting in timesheet activities
  • Assetisation activities, working with team members to update hardware asset registry.
  • Setting up of meetings, aligning with EA's on calendars, minute taking

  • An ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • A willingness to work within a cross-skilled team, where people are often wearing multiple hats to help the team deliver the project/program.
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative to help in areas where it is seen to be needed.
  • Ability to work and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders from the project team, management, business, and IT.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence
  • MS Excel for forecasting
  • Demonstrated experience in Service Design and transition, particularly providing advice to project areas regarding operational readiness and service support.
  • * Demonstrated experience in change and release management frameworks within complex technology environments with multiple service providers, including coordinating activities across various stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of IT service principles and frameworks including ITIL, process tools, frameworks, and best practice methods
