About the role
A Change Manager opportunity to work on a platform upgrade program within the utility sector in Brisbane.
Skills and experience
- Several years of experience spearheading organizational changes within large, complex ICT program/ projects.
- Vast experience in relationship-building, influencing, coaching, and facilitating conversations to promote adoption of new behaviors and mindsets.
- Considerable expertise in directing teams to attain change objectives within program streams.
- Experience in managing the organisational change impacts of implementing Distribution Management Systems, SCADA/ OT Systems and /or utility sector experience will be highly regarded.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or certification as a practitioner in a recognized change management framework highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and vendor management skills essential
