Change Manager:

  • 12 months contract with possible extension

Our client is looking for a Change Manager, who will play a critical role in facilitating successful organizational transitions and ensuring the effective adoption of new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and Analysing Impact Data: Collect and analyse customer and colleague impact data, collaborating with relevant stakeholder groups to assess the effects of proposed changes.
  • Formulating and Delivering Change Approaches: Develop and implement change management strategies to engage and transition employees to new ways of working, ensuring buy-in and adoption across the organization.
  • Proactive Forecasting and Planning: Proactively forecast and plan for end-to-end initiative change management design, ensuring comprehensive strategies are in place to support successful delivery.
  • Communication Development: Write and develop communications for the program and its streams, ensuring clear and effective messaging to all stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify key risks in initiative change implementation, work with stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigations, and oversee their management throughout the change process.
  • Leadership Coaching: Coach and influence leaders on effective change implementation strategies, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Integration and Mitigation: Support the integration and mitigation of change impacts across multiple initiatives affecting the same stakeholder and user audience groups, ensuring a cohesive and coordinated approach.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives for large and diverse audiences in complex environments, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills at all levels of the organization, with a track record of building relationships and fostering collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages tailored to various audiences.
