About the Roles:

Our large client is seeking to engage several IT Service Request & Change Lead of all levels. There is a long-term scope of work available in this large agency delivering national security.

These are permanent roles that require Baseline clearance and are based in their Canberra office.

The Role and Team

The IT Service Request & Change Lead is accountable for the governance and management of Service Request Management and Change Management processes in general and ensuring compliance and tracking of the process via an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow.

As the selected candidate, you will perform all duties given for their role description at their level to an appropriate standard of work. Specific work level outputs are agreed on a team-by-team basis under the guidance of the relevant managers and/or the Director, or their designate. Work level outputs are included in performance monitoring reports.


  • Performing work associated with process analysis, design, improvement, build, test, training, quality, metrics and documentation as per the standards required by the Department.
  • Advanced experience in Service Request Management and Change Management process lifecycles (design, build, management, governance, improvement)
  • Advanced experience in Catalogue Management, Service Lifecycle Management, Metrics and Dashboards relevant to the Service Request & Change processes, Reporting and Metrics.

This project will uplift 50+ resources across high profile projects.

Due to the security requirements, candidates must be Australian Citizens with an existing Baseline security clearance already.
