Application Support Team Lead

  • Permanent role with industry leader
  • Lead a global application support team
  • Perth CBD location

A global industry leader is seeking an experienced Application Support Team Lead for a permanent role that will be responsible for leading a global technical support team. We are seeking someone who is experienced in leading Application Support teams and has come from either an Application Support or development background.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership of the global technical support team
  • Roster management
  • Act as technical escalation point
  • Ensure customer SLAs are met by the team
  • Monitor, investigate & troubleshoot technical issues
  • Develop technical support policies and procedures

Key experience:

  • Strong, recent experience in leading an Application Support Team
  • Technical background in PHP, Java, APIs & software integrations would be highly regarded (but not mandatory)
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools like Postman and Datadog highly regarded (not mandatory)
  • Proven ability to lead a technical support team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability

Desirable:

  • A technical / development background
  • Previous experience leading global teams
