This market leading financial services organisation is undertaking a large technology transformation across the business.
They require an Analyst Engineer who specialises in providing production support, incident and change management.
What you will be doing
- Provide production support, manage incidents and change
- Undertake troubleshooting and root cause analysis where required
- Manage and liaise with vendors as required
- Root cause analysis experience
What you need to have:
- Operational experience with TIBCO & 2+ years support experience in integration technologies
- Experience with Oracle PLSQL
- DevOps and AWS experience nice to have
