Technical Support Engineer
- Long term 3 years contract
- Location based in Karratha or nearby suburbs
- Flexible hourly rates with Monday to Friday work
Our client is looking for Technical Support Engineer who has great experience in providing 1st and 2nd level support to the user base based in Karratha.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting (troubleshooting and remediating errors and permission issues) users with Office365 and Windows products
- Performing Software updates as required
- Conducting daily backups
- Installing and imaging PC devices in Windows10
- Maintenance of user accounts in Active Directory
Required skills:
- Basic troubleshooting, desktop support and networking skills
- Troubleshooting a range of software issues including O365
- Delivering exceptional technical support.
