Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Engineer to join their SAED team. The team is responsible for the successful generation of SAED packs that are provided to vendors for construction.
The role:
- Oversee an SAED team and ensure all SAED packs given to the client are of a high standard
- Review SAED packs and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure drawings are of such quality that any construction company can build
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholder to ensure quality of work
- Pick up on any discrepancies
The candidate:
- Extensive SAED drawing skills / knowledge - Must
- Knows requirements for SAED site design and drawings and can spot discrepancies
- Knows AC power design
- Basic construction knowledge
- Basic knowledge of networking (route / switch), rf radio or 2-way radio - preferred only
- P25 knowledge or experience highly desirable
- Engineering degree, Tafe or equivalent certification
