Our client is a leader within utilities space. They pride themselves on looking after and supporting their customers as individuals. Due to company and team expansion we require a System Administrator to join.
Required experience:
- Experience in administrating and maintaining services in an ITIL environment
- Experience in ServiceNow
- Experience with Microsoft cloud environments, Azure, Office 365
- Strong knowledge of MS Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
- Strong knowledge of MS Active Directory/Group Policy and core services
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, DHCP
- Strong knowledge of Service Now ITSM
- Experience in Incident Management/Request Management/Problem management
Successful candidate will have strong experience as a System Administrator, and be comfortable in providing advice on to the business.
