About the role
Our client is searching for a qualified Linux Engineer individual to join their team. The candidate will have hands on technical experience and extensive experience in Redhat Linux, SAP and SAP HANA.
Responsibilities
Extensive experience in managing large, complex and critical Operational IT environments in a 24/7 capacity.
Demonstrated experience in Midrange technologies(UNIX & LINUX) deployed both on premise and in Cloud environments
Knowledge and experience with SAP and SAP Hana.
Hands-on work experience implementing and supporting GCP infrastructure and topologies.
Hands-on experience with building GitOps pipelines to drive Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform scripting deploy application environments
Knowledge for CI-CD - Git, automated builds, Automated tests, automated release pipelines, Infrastructure-as-code, cloud, APIs, Orchestration
Proven initiative through effective problem management with demonstrable improvements i.e. reduction in incidents, improved SLA, improved availability and reliability etc
