About the role
The client delivery team is responsible for all aspects of implementation services. We're looking for highly talented Software Engineers with Ruby and/or Java backgrounds to be part of our growing integration team to help us deliver our platform at scale to some of the largest organisations in the world.
Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of our team responsible for implementation to large enterprise clients.
- Understand system and data integration requirements in collaboration with client's technology and operations teams.
- Configure / customise platform and integrate with client's systems as per the defined integration approach.
- Develop integrations with client's systems for movement of data to / from client environments.
- Work with other teams to diagnose and improve overall data processing efficiency.
- Collaborate with client's internal technology teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of implementation projects.
- Serve as primary point of contact for any technical queries or excalations from the client.
Skills and experience
- Prior experience in system integration and / or backend software development.
- 3+ years of development experience in Ruby (preferred) or Java.
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
- Understanding of clean code and testing principles.
- Experience working with a Linux based environment.
- Proven resilience to handle challenges and solve complex client problems.
- Nice to have
- Experience in system integration roles as part of an enterprise software implementation in a cloud-based environment.
- Familiarity with REST & GraphQL API's.
- Prior experience in workforce management solutions.
- Prior experience working with Quick Service Restaurant and/or Retail industries.
