Our client is seeking multiple Service Delivery Coordinators to monitor, check and schedule incoming work to deliver require customer and business outcomes.
The primary duties of the role include:
- Working with the Service Delivery Lead to ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders along the various phases of the CSD delivery chain (from Released For Appraisal to Request As Built)
- Engagement and management of Panel Contractor order via the Integrated Planning and Contracting database
- Coordinate Site Assessment appointments by efficiently scheduling all Site Assessments, taking into account Site Assessor capacity, customer availability, geographic location and order timing.
