About the Role
Senior Project Manager to develop and deliver ABW, Workspace and Facilities design in a large environment. You will develop workspace management framework and structures, establish building services, establish support services and front desk services

Responsibilities
- Enable a better workspace experience for the occupants
- Support, monitor and drive the ABW operating model
- Adopt a predictive approach to workspace management and protocols
- Implement space utilisation tools, undertake post occupancy reviews and monitor ongoing KPI's
- Identify workspace 'opportunities of scale' across the sites
- Implement stakeholder/relationship management model
- Develop processes and procedures for workspace with ongoing review
- Manage the 12 month defect liability period and develop an OPEX budgets
- Monitor OPEX spend to plan - report exceptions and provide variance commentary
- Manage capital works assessment and modification requiring business case initiation, approval and execution.
- Establish governance process.
- Ensure emergency management compliance
Experience
- Experienced as a Project Manager in the Workspace design, ABW environments
- Leadership experience in facilities management within an ABW operating environment
- Knowledge of facilities management, workspace management models including utilisation and post ABW implementation
- Professional tertiary qualifications and extensive relevant experience at a senior level
- Ability to interact at a senior level within industry
- A commercial approach with proven experience in strategic management, business and financial/budget planning
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and relationship / stakeholder management.
