We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to work for an iconic Australian enterprise.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, integration, delivery and closing a project (small to large) or group of inter-related small projects. Project Managers deliver across a number of domain/functional areas related to projectoutcomes (e.g. market/industry, business process or technology environment).
Responsibilities
- Creating clear and attainable project objectives
- Building the project requirements
- Managing the constraint of Scope, Time/Schedule, Costs, Quality, Risks, Issues, Communications, Human Resources and Procurement
- Manage discrete feasibility studies and develop business cases, linking tangible commercial outcomes / business benefits
Skills and experience
- Identify metrics to measure, track and realise benefits over short, medium and long term
- Manage project from initiation to implementation and to realisation of project objectives
- Clearly articulate project objectives and deliverables and engage key stakeholders to develop a work breakdown structure and resulting project scope inclusions / exclusions, schedule, cost estimate and roles and responsibilities (including the authority of the project manager)
- Identify and analyse/assess risks and develop strategies and plans to mitigate risks to project and business success
- Identify and manage project issues to resolution and stakeholder satisfaction, using solutions (eg financial, people and operational) to ensure successful, quality project outputs
