About the Role
As Senior Project Coordinator / Program Coordinator you will provide project support, project governance and reporting to the on a programme for mobile applications and smart card payments. This a great role where you will be able to provide support to the projects

Responsibilities

  • Reporting for senior executives
  • Assist the Scheduler with Planning and scheduling
  • Capturing of actuals and cost forecasts for the Program
  • Project Coordination for the Project deliverables
  • Assisting the Program Manager with the development of reports, schedules and plans that facilitate the delivery of the project.
  • Ensure the required project standards and methodologies are followed
  • Support the Program Manager in capturing costs and providing forecasts
  • Support the Program Manager and the PMO in ensuring project risks and issues are captured and managed.
  • Successful development and execution of the Project Management Plan
  • Communications and stakeholder management

Experience

  • Experience as a Senior Project Coordinator or Program Coordinator
  • Must have worked in a complex technical project environment
  • Previous experience in a large PMO environment delivering IT projects
  • Strong experience in Reporting for all levels
  • Experience in Issues and Risks and how it is tracked
  • Strong MS Office skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Exceptional clear and concise communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage and track staff on the project
  • Experience in Project Governance and Methodology frameworks
  • Knowledge of PMBoK or Prince2
