Our key client, a leading Air travel organization is looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join the team. This is a great opportunity to liaise with project and business teams and utilize your passion for
creating usable and engaging products.
You will enjoy a variety of responsibilities that include:
- Navigate complexity, and understand legacy technical platforms to gauge feasibility of designs, and deliver outstanding solutions within constraints
- Plan and undertake customer research activities, including recruitment, facilitation and analysis to identify key insights for product direction, evolution and strategy
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities and strategic objectives
- Provide design support through development and production, including the staggered creation and delivery of design assets in alignment with agile delivery sprints
You will have demonstrated experience with:
- Digital product, experience and interface design and design and agile frameworks
- UX design practices, including planning and facilitating workshops, customer testing, exposure to discovery and generative research practice.
- Design and prototyping tools including Miro, Figma, Sketch and InVision
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design end-to-end user experiences that meet customer needs and vision
- Ability to iterate concepts and designs to realise business metrics and outcomes and ability to identify opportunities for product iteration vs evolution
