Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to engage with designated functions of the Wealth Separation Program.

Role purpose:

The role will contribute to the overall strategic objective and play a pivotal role in ensuring that the project meets the expected business benefits in the Asset Management Stream.

What you will do:

  • Requirements elicitation and analysis;
  • Work with stakeholders to define, validate and prioritise business requirements
  • Conduct gap analysis and business impact assessment
  • Ensure that the solution implemented meets business requirements
  • Facilitate discussions with external vendors and counter parties
  • Assist Project Manager to identify and manage key risks, issues and dependencies
  • Requirements and Stakeholder Management;


Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 - 10 years Business Analysis experience in Financial Services
  • Experience in Wealth / Asset Management essential
  • Demonstrated experience of working with multiple stakeholder groups with conflicting priorities
  • Experience facilitating workshops and driving business outcomes
  • Requirements analysis, management and documentation
  • Experience delivering in complex environments and in time critical projects
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team player- proactively contributes to all project deliverables as required
  • Upholding and demonstrating the Compliance Standards
