Our client, an Australian Iconic enterprise is looking for a Senior Business Analyst someone with Application Tracking System (ATS) project experience to join their team for an initial 12 months + extensions.
This role is responsible for supporting delivery of TA programs and process improvement initiatives that enable our current and future workforce strategy, with a focus on standardisation, optimisation and simplification
Skills & Experince :
- Business Analyst background
- Strong process design skills
- Strong recruitment knowledge (complex organisations, understands in-house recruitment, has experience with both blue collar and white-collar recruitment processes).
- Detailed understanding of Talent Acquisition disciplines and process
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
