The Role
Our Premium client, An enterprise sized organisation based in Western Sydney are looking to hire multiple SAP Training developers to both design and deliver a curriculum of SAP Based training Modules using Enable now
- SAP Training Developer (Enterprise Asset Management)
- SAP Training Developer (Environment, Health, and Safety Management
- Training Developer (Supply Chain Management)
Key Responsibilities include :
- Develop SAP based learning modules Using Enable Now and or GoAnimate
- Develop SAP based training courses and workbooks for Face to Face or virtual delivery in line with our content development schedule
- Engage with key stakeholders to determine specific learning content which is aligned with the new business process and SAP actions and tasks, to be included in your course and training artefact development
- Review and extract relevant SAP and business process information to design and develop role specific training materials
- Update the development tracker as per development milestones
- Deliver, where applicable, face to face (or virtually) training courses
- Gather feedback on Training content and artefacts to ensure it meets the business and program requirements
- Support post training, end user questions, and post go live support materials
Essential Experience
- Previous experience using Enable Now
- SAP design, development and training facilitation experience 5 Years
- E-learning development tools such as GoAnimate
- Simulations on Mobile Devices experience preferred
