Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join the career centre team in Sydney CBD. The team is responsible for sourcing the best talent for the company.

Job Description:

  • Manage and work collaboratively with Delivery teams to attract and deliver on hiring the best talent to shape the Client's through efficient quality approaches to sourcing, assessing and selection, and executing in collaboration with other teams/individuals as required
  • Work in partnership with Hiring Manager's and Delivery teams, deliver the best talent to shape the Client through the end to end management of the recruitment and selection process.
  • Demonstrate a talent led approach by working with Delivery teams, to develop and manage the execution of strategic sourcing strategies that enable us to quickly identify and connect with the best talent in the market.
  • Ensure that candidate, hiring manager and other key stakeholder's experience a quality of care that is aligned with Client's Values and standards of care.
  • Build strong relationships with your business stakeholders to proactively understand their business and how we can add value to their business resulting in becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand upcoming workforce plans, enabling you to coach Recruitment Delivery teams to build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future roles where possible
  • Contribute to a culture that supports and encourages a world class talent acquisition experience; service oriented, collaborative and flexible
  • Involvement in strategic sourcing (core team)
  • Gain a sound understanding of designated business Units to ensure best practice recruitment.
  • Assist with elements of project planning and reporting where required.
  • Identify opportunities for, and/or to, developing continuous improvement and innovation in the recruitment delivery process.
