Government Organisation looking for a Project Officer to utilise feedback and data to inform recommendations, enhancing strategy.

The successful candidate will develop long-term plans and implement operational strategies to contribute to the agencies mission in building a world leading policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project support and project coordination
  • Project management, including monitoring and reviewing deliverables provided by internal and external groups/organisations
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and written advice
  • Organise meetings and undertake secretariat duties
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Intermediate competency with MS Office suite
  • Building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to synthesise and analyse information and make decisions
