Overview:
We are currently recruiting several Project Manager roles to work for a leading enterprise based in the CBD. Our client is seeking multiple Project Managers' ideally with experience in delivery within retail and or financial payments environment such as retail service types such as loyalty points, insurance services in addition to sales
To be successful in these roles, you need to have the following skills and experience:
Key Requirements:
-Develop project plans and execute and deliver projects on time, in budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities
-Excellent project management, organization, and team collaboration skills
-Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment
-Strong team leadership skills
-Strong knowledge of business objectives
-In depth understanding of project management concepts
-Strong Iterative delivery experience combining agile and waterfall delivery approaches to achieve outcome
-Delivery of medium - large complex projects with significant business and IT integration
-Tracks and manage budgets and report on project status and manages project teams to mitigate issues and risks.
