About the Company
Our client, a leading financial company which provides clients with a range of products and outstanding services, is seeking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsibile of planning project deliverables, activities, and timelines for a large Program.
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team with a positive and fexible working environment, both 6 and 12 months contract are available.
Responsibilities
- Build out detailed project planning including; required streams, high-level work packages and timing, resource requirements, costs and risks
- Manage Analysts allocated to the project
- Manage impact assessments to Finance processes/deliverables
- Manage engagement sessions with Finance/Insignia impacted stakeholders
- Oversight required process development/change and delivery
- Oversight/manage required testing
- Identification and managing of risks and issues
- Participate in implementation workshops and prepare Finance implementation task list, and co-ordinate implementation tasks and timeline
- Manage regular Working group meetings/discussion with the sponsor and other project stakeholders
Skills and experience
- 5 years experienced working on large projects
- Business Analyst and Project Management techniques
- Experience managing and leading project staff
- Custody knowledge highly regarded
- Finance knowledge and/or background
- Wealth industry knowledge (superannuation and investments)
- Stakeholder relationship management skills
- Business Analyst and Project Management techniques
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicting demands
