Key Responsibilities

* Managing a program of medium to large complexity deployment projects
* Overall governance of all related projects
* Customer relationship management
* Interface with the Customer Project Manager for issue resolution, status updates and day to day project activities
* Proactive management of project risks and issues throughout the delivery life cycle
* Ensure that the project objectives are met by monitoring and measuring project progress against the baseline and identifying variances so that corrective action is taken
* Manages the project budget & P&L, carefully monitoring all costs and providing current and forecast reports for revenues, costs and invoice Perform Project Assurance for projects such as planned project audits and implement effective quality assurance and control procedures to ensure the quality objectives for the project are met
* Ongoing resource management within the project
* Manage project establishment activities such as project organisation and staffing, organisation of facilities and resources, project plan and quality plan definition, project audit plan and schedule, project library set-up, implementation of Fujitsu project standards and tools, etc.
* Ensure project planning activities are completed such that the project requirements, scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria are clearly defined, documented and agreed with the customer
* Establish and maintain up to date work breakdown structures, project plans, schedules and progress measurements with reference to the project baseline
* Liaising with and building a solid rapport with the customer and any third parties


Experience/Qualifications

* 2-5 years Program Management experience

* PMP/PMBOK or Prince 2

* Proficient in management of projects with medium to large complexity, with Services Value in TCV A$1M+

* Fast Food/Quick Service Restaurant experiene

* Proven experience building effective relationships with customer and management
