Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join group super fund team. The team is responsible for managing the funds transition to a new member administration and master custody provider as well as implementing a future state operating model.
The role:
- Managing large projects and programs of work to achieve the program/project's objectives and business benefits
- Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including fund members and delivery teams
- Structure project team for success incorporating required skills from within the Group and sourcing resources from delivery partner organisations
- Communicate and report project activities, timelines, impacts and implications to project team members, stakeholders and staff
- Develop robust and achievable project plans to manage the delivery of quality project deliverables
- Balance schedule, cost and quality in reaching decisions relating to project delivery
- Manage and report project expenditures and benefits realisation
- Track and manage project activities and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers
- Manage organisational change requirements with the business and Organisational Change Management professionals
The candidate:
- Ideally worked on a fund transition project to master custody provider
- Experience working for a bank, super fund or custody provider
- Project Management Experience of 7 years +
- Leading teams of 10 or more
- Budget management greater than $5 million
- Cross functional management of 1 or more business units - Desirable only
- Could have experience defining a funds future state operating model
