As a Program Manager, you will be a part of implementing a Command and Control software solution throughout the military using an agile methodology

Your key tasks include:

  • Leading Agile projects
  • Coordinating activities between the service delivery team, the customer, and their overseas headquarters
  • Business development and sales activities, such as sales meetings, proposal writings, and bid management
  • Managing projects through KPIs, management briefings, business committee meetings etc.
  • Combining your customer and business understanding with your technical insights
  • Building a team through participation in recruitment and ongoing mentoring

  • Can manage highly complex and agile projects together with the customer, sub-contractor and your team
  • Are skilled in combining business insights with IT knowledge to create value for the customer
  • Are outgoing, trustworthy and able to inspire the customer, the end-user, senior management and your team
  • Can achieve results with service delivery and software development
  • Have the ability to deliver on cost, schedule and quality
  • Set the bar high and are able to constantly improve and develop yourself and your team
  • Have a high degree of flexibility in connection with your tasks

Required Skills & Experience

  • Program management experience leading large software application implementation / integration projects
  • Strong people management skills
  • Commercial experience (Bid management, participating in Bid work, sales support)
  • Experience with working across international time zones
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Software Engineering or equivalent
