About the role
Sitting with the Technology & Enterprise Operations, our client is keen for a Process Analyst who is keen to showcase thier skills by supporting the team and proactive in playing thier role.
Responsibilities
- Establish and drive compliance to process change management and procedural document quality (process maps, work instructions, training guides)
- Develop and implement training and communication strategies on process governance standards and process change management processes
- Drive simplification and improvements in efficiency in the processes used.
- Work with QA team to ensure process compliance and to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with business to design and implement appropriate KPIs to track process performance and compliance.
Skills and experience
- Ability to understand & analyse information across businesses
- Minimum 2-5 years of Experience
- Experience in process governance, management or improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills ,stakeholder engagement and Self-motivated, proactive personality to work in a Vibrant space
