Skills and experience
- Proven experience in implementation of an ERP Payroll and Timekeeping system as Business Analyst
- Proven as-is and to-be process experience
- Comprehensive expertise in process modeling and documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven track record in the HR ERP Implementation
- Payroll, Time & Attendance/ Timekeeping module experience required
