We are currently recruiting for a People and Performance Consultant role to work for an Australian owned and fully operated organisation which supports renewable energy. Initial 12 months fixed term contract with possible extension.
About the role
The successful candidate will have experience in an HR Generalist role, who be reporting to the People & Performance Lead.
Responsibilities
- You will be providing support to an assigned customer group, involving all people and employment matters
- You will have not only technical ability, but extremely strong interpersonal skills that will see you working effectively with both internal customers and stakeholders
- Working with the People & Performance team to regularly develop new and innovative engagement, cultural and wellness initiatives
Skills and experience
- Experience in renumeration, role development, and knowledge of job sizing methodologies
- Facilitating leadership workshops, applying frameworks and policy in line with business objectives and legal obligations
- Relevant Degree or Diploma preferred - e.g., Law, Psychology, HR Management
- Preferred 5+ years experience in a generalist HR advisory role
