About the role
As the Network Engineer, you will offer operational and project support across the clients large and mission-critical Wi-Fi network. Joining a team of seasoned and highly experienced engineers, you will provide support through the lifecycle of large enterprise networks by working on business-critical issues across multiple offices, distribution centres, technical picking sites, and retail locations.
- Initial 6-month contract with potential to extend beyond this

Desirable skills and experience
Previous NOC experience would be good, but may be an opportunity for candidate's to learn.
Business Unit: Information & Digital
- Minimum of CCNP or similar work experience
- Solid understanding and have worked with WiFi technologies
- A good understanding of Cisco technologies, WAN, LAN, Voice, Management Tools
- In-depth understanding of network concepts
- Demonstration of DNS and DHCP technology changes
- Demonstrable technical end user service restoration skills and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and proven ability to work as part of a technical team
- Strong customer focus
