The primary duties of the role include:
- Bachelor's degree in network administration, information technology, or computer science
- 6+ years of experience supporting technical enterprise solutions.
- Previous experience in IT, security or systems support, or network administrator positions preferred.
- Must hold network certification - CCNA/CCNP - Routing/Switching
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Work well independently and in team settings
- Be a confident communicator.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
