Are you a CISCO Network Engineer who enjoys project engineering work? Have you managed projects from start to the end? Have you got great customer and client facing skills and experience in working in an enterprise level work environment? Then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
Our client an industry leader, looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join their high performing team. This is a great opportunity to work on an infrastructure transformation project involving networking and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Dsign and implementation using routing, switching, firewall, wireless and data centre technologies
- Develop technical documentation (eg. high-lecel design, low-level design, bill of material BoM, configuration templates)
- Developer network testing strategies, test plans and execute testing
- Build cut-over/implementation plan while complying with change management process
- Troubleshooting during implementation and post go-live support
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in design and implementation of switches, routers, wireless and data centre technologies
- Design and implementation of NexGen firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto)
- Expereince with multi-vendor technologies in enterprise network with experience with design and implementation
- Knowledeg of cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Desirable Skills:
- CCNP, CCDP, CCIE or other relevant certifications
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Documentation skills
