Our client, a large enterprise company is seeking to engage an experienced Middleware (MQ) Specialist.
You will be joining a team and will be required to perform specifically in & around WebSphere MQ (MQ).
This is a key role within the project, you must be a clear and precise communicator in English with outstanding documentation skills.
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen as my client does not sponsor visas.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years total IT experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Middleware
- Highly technical background
- Must hold vocational certifications
- Take charge of or assist in MQ software maintenance level or version upgrades
- Experience with Z/OS operation environments and subsystems such as CICS, DB2 and IMS.
- Manage privileged userids and groups.
- Enthusiastic and contagious can do attitude.
- Flexible approach to all work duties.
- Ability to work independently.
