- Management Consultants with experience in Change Management
- Management Consultant with experience in a Secretariat type
Capability includes:
- 5+ years' experience in strategy and business improvement activities.
- Working collaboratively with clients to identify business issues and their root causes and/or clarify strategic and operational challenges.
- Developing strategy, plans, organisation and/or process design, and effective deployment solutions to achieve desired client outcomes.
- Delivering workshops and/or presentations to client Executive and nonExecutive staff that clearly and concisely highlight key findings and recommendations.
- Providing support on all parts of the project lifecycle (strategy, design, implementation, and post-implementation).
- Strong influencing and leadership skills reflected by the ability to work effectively across a variety of commercial and government clients.
