About the role
Our client, one of Australia's most recognised electrical wholesaler's, is seeking a Level 3 Desktop Support Engineer to join their ICT Infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and actioning all third-level support calls
- Threat detection and patching
- Manage client networks
- Manage core infrastructure systems (Email, Active Directory, VMware etc.)
- Assist in designing and implementing new systems and services

- Windows 7 & Windows10
- Microsoft Azure
- Windows Server environment
- Linux Server Environment (Redhat, CentOS)
- ITIL
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft SCCM
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft O365
