About the role

Our client, one of Australia's most recognised electrical wholesaler's, is seeking a Level 3 Desktop Support Engineer to join their ICT Infrastructure team.


Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and actioning all third-level support calls
  • Threat detection and patching
  • Manage client networks
  • Manage core infrastructure systems (Email, Active Directory, VMware etc.)
  • Assist in designing and implementing new systems and services

  • Windows Server environment
  • Linux Server Environment (Redhat, CentOS)
  • ITIL
  • ServiceNow
  • Microsoft SCCM

  • Cyber Security Practices (SIEM)
