Our client, a leading NSW Government Department, is looking for a highly motivated IT Change & Collaboration Manager to join a dynamic team supporting the modernisation of enterprise infrastructure. The successful candidate will assist the program manager, project teams and businesses with designing, communicating, negotiating, and implementing technology change, delivered as part of the program.
Experience Required
- Experience in transformation and merger change projects
- Adept at eliciting information from various stakeholders, with excellent vendor management skills
- Exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills to large groups of people
- Creating change program messaging for different audiences, including administration of change
- Change Management Qualification with IT exposure
Experience with the following is a bonus
- Microsoft Teams Telephony
- ServiceNow
- Core Network replacements or upgrades
- Data Centre migrations or building up
- Public Cloud
