Large IT vendor are looking for a ICT Security Sepcialist for a 6-12 months contract.
Scope of the role:
Will work closely with the customer to understand business risks drivers and desired strategic, tactical and operational outcomes.
Develop risk management and mitigation strategies.
Provide expert advice in relation to risk management to clients, third parties and delivery teams; and provide advice during the account planning process about resources, skills and requirements to deliver an effective and efficient risk management service.
Planning and implementation of organisation-wide processes and procedures for the management of operational risk.
Carries out risk assessment within a defined functional or technical area of business.
Uses consistent processes for identifying potential risk events, quantifying and documenting the probability of occurrence and the impact on the business.
Refers to domain experts for guidance on specialised areas of risk, such as architecture and environment.
Co-ordinates the development of countermeasures and contingency plans.
Plans and manages the implementation of organisation-wide processes and procedures, tools and techniques for the identification, assessment, and management of risk inherent in the operation of business processes and of potential risks arising from planned IT-enabled change.
Skills and expertise required:
TSPV security clearance
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare reports, briefs & other documentation
Experience in implementation and process improvement projects
ITIL Foundations Certification or higher
