About the role
Leading Australian business is seeking an experienced Administrator / Coordinator to be responsible for the execution of land access documentation which will involve creating and administering Land Access and Approval Notices. You will engage with a broad range of stakeholders both internally and externally
Responsibilities
- Day to day support of the team
- Work with Access Advisors and Managers to ensure the identification of Land Owners
- Engage with stakeholders to execute land access
- Prepare documents, plans and frameworks
- Develop and distribute documents via approved templates to stakeholders to meet the land access notification requirements
- Develop reports on status
- Ensure land access is obtained within relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
- Identify and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including property managers and body corporates
- General Administration support as required
Experience
- Previous experience in an Administration or Coordination role
- Require experience in either the Telecommunication or Property or Construction industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience in a high-volume administration environment
- Strong documentation skills across full MS Office suite
- Ability to search and verify information using sources such as Title searches and property listings
- Some experience in the use of GIS based systems and tools
- Prefer knowledge of land access processes
- Prefer Degree in Town / Planning or Environmental Management or other relevant degree
