Technical expertise
- Experience leading digital squads and managing delivery through vendors within an agile environment and delivery of highly regarded web solutions and mobile apps
- Excellent Leadership and People Management skills - you will be managing a team of engineers
- Provide expert advice and thought leadership on technical design and implementation.
- Ability to act as a liaison between business and IT teams
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously and to adapt to new environments quickly
- Demonstrated 'hands on' experience in implementing technology projects through the full project management life cycle, as either in-house and/or outsourced services
