The role will involve the following
- Conducting PowerBI administrative activities such as Power BI configuration, security, installation, updates and set up
- Assist with Power BI trouble sheeting, application maintenance and bugfixes
- Preform platform tuning and testing
- Manage planning priorities and service request
- Work alongside analytics team and stakeholders to help plan and deliver changes
- Assist with solution design
- Collaborate with vendors and clients to help troubleshoot and resolve critical problems
Skills and Experience required
- Experience and knowledge of Azure
- Experience with Power BI
- Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
- Staff management and leadership skills
- Technical and troubleshooting skills to assist with constant technical changes
