Our client is a State Government Agency, they are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Officer to join on an initial 3 months of contact with potential extension.
About the role:
The successful applicant will play a key role in providing timely and high-quality support to customers including the staff. The customer support officer will also play an active role in assisting the team with various projects from development to implementation and contributing to level 2 support.
For this role, you will need strong experience in the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Understanding of IT is desirable.
- Proactive and manage multiple priorities at a given time.
