The role:
Our global client is looking for an experienced Change Manager with Agile experience to deliver change in a COTS replacement project. This project will have a significant impact on the business processes within the system for internal and external stakeholders. As the Change Manager for this proejct, will be required to facilitate the organizational change management required for a successful outcome.
Duties:
- Plan and Execute the change management activities required for the project
- Stakeholder identification and management across all Product Groups both, internal and external
- Day to day coordination and delivery of timely stakeholder engagement & communication activities in line with change management plan and project milestones/ priorities
- Training needs analysis, strategy development and planning of training interventions to build end-user and impacted stakeholder capabilities as required
- Facilitate development and delivery of training materials, communications artifacts and presentations in close collaboration with project teams and other Program workstreams as required
Experience required
- Experience in delivering change projects including detailed change, business impact and monitoring progress against plans
- Experience in IT implementation
- Experience in Agile Applications Background
