Role - Organisational Change Lead
Location - Newstead (Brisbane)
6 months + possible extensions
Can start ASAP , at least 2 days working from home
Required skills and experience
- Change Lead / Management experience in large complex organisations
- Experience building relationships, influencing, coaching, and facilitating conversations
- Experience working with broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement change plans
- Change readiness assessments/ /impact assessments
- High level negotiation skills / time management /organisational skills
- Change management accreditation preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
