Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Change Coordinator to join their EDRMS project team working the in the CIO Branch. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Project Manager.

This is a long-term contract role for 12 months with extension options, located at our Client's Canberra City location.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience with:

    • The development, delivery and implementation of change and communications plans.
      • Undertaking change impact analysis
      • Managing stakeholder expectations
      • Flow charting/process mapping
      • Change readiness assessments
      • Tracking/testing and analysing change project successes
    • Implementing Change Management Models in the APS. The Prosci ADKAR Model (what will drive individual change, would be of great advantage)
    • Major ICT projects (EDRMS in particular would be of great advantage)
  • Advanced Communication skills:
    • Mitigate employee resistance
    • Boost motivation, morale, and productivity
    • Enhance collaboration at every level, boosting project uptake
    • Get higher quality feedback from participants and stakeholders
    • Ability to influence others

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens who currently possess Federal Government Security Clearances.
