Our client is seeking an experienced Asset Officer to join a team Service Operations team. The team is responsible for the day to day asset and configuration services to new and existing enterprise customers.

The role:

  • Implement asset management processes and ensuring data accuracy and correct billing.
  • Data entry and low-level analysis. Cross checking of data entry across systems
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • Using a service management tool
  • ITIL envoronment

The candidate:

  • Carry out a Service Desk Function of an Asset Data Analyst role
  • An asset management or engineering background is not necessary - A broad understanding of asset management would be good
  • The ideal candidate would have previous exposure in Service Desks support, IT or Retail or a cross between all three areas.
  • Used a service management tool like Remedy or Service Now
  • Attention to detail
