Our client is seeking an experienced Asset Officer to join a team Service Operations team. The team is responsible for the day to day asset and configuration services to new and existing enterprise customers.
The role:
- Implement asset management processes and ensuring data accuracy and correct billing.
- Data entry and low-level analysis. Cross checking of data entry across systems
- Internal stakeholder management
- Using a service management tool
- ITIL envoronment
The candidate:
- Carry out a Service Desk Function of an Asset Data Analyst role
- An asset management or engineering background is not necessary - A broad understanding of asset management would be good
- The ideal candidate would have previous exposure in Service Desks support, IT or Retail or a cross between all three areas.
- Used a service management tool like Remedy or Service Now
- Attention to detail
