This is an urgent requirement as the Project Manager/ Project Lead will be managing and overseeing the Accommodation program.
Role: Lead Project Manager -Office Fitout & Accommodation
Duration 3-6 months rolling contract
Location: Central, Sydney
Objective:
To deliver the strip out & fit out of offices under the program and the relocation of staff into temporary and permanent accommodation.
Requirements:
- Previous Project Management experience in office fit outs within medium to large programs space
- Experience managing construction sites and managing prime contractors would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate a high level of safety and risk knowledge across site construction projects.
- Demonstrate a high-level planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply them across site-based construction projects.
