Our client, one of Australia's Big 4 Banks in Australia is seeking a Senior Change Analyst to join their high-profile program of work.
Senior Change Analyst is required to be a self-starter who is tight on time management, an effective team collaborator and a strong communicator.
Skills and Experience
- Business and/or project experience gained within Financial Services or other industry sectors.
- Communications planning and content development e.g. web (intranet/internet), social media, copywriting for newspaper ads
- Attention to detail on the collateral review (due to the remediation and reputational risk if bankers charge fees that have been removed/ reduced).
- Organisational change management expertise/exposure gained on small to medium scale business improvement and/or technology programs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation
