One of our logistics clients is seeking an experienced Training Specialist for an initial 6 month contract.
The Training Specialist will be working on an exciting project and assisting on training development and assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, evaluate, and review local training and assessment documents to support warehouse training
- Deliver effective training programs both online and face to face
- Provide training to warehouse operations staff
- Conduct competency assessments of warehouse staff
- Provide post training support to warehouse teams and ongoing training as required
Key Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience working in Training and/or Learning and Development role, preferably in Supply Chain (Logistics or Manufacturing)
- Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within blue collar environments
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Experience in facilitating induction programs, on-the-job technical skills training, and blended learning solutions in operational environments
- Demonstrated experience in assessing workplace competencies
Please note that the client is seeking a candidate who can work in the office (Laverton & Truganina) 3 days a week.
